Hospital Arts Appeal 2011 has now finished

The visual art collection and performing art activities are all funded by Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity and not the NHS. Nothing we do deprives anyone of a bed, treatment or research; and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust views our work as an important part of the healthcare it offers.

Since the hospital opened in May 1993 the Charity has installed some 1000 works of art in wards, corridors, clinical and public areas. We try very hard to keep the works of art fresh and engaging, which is why continual funding is so important.
